Crunchy Chili Kale Chips

When you’re sitting in front of the TV and tempted to grab those greasy potato chips, stop for just a moment. In less time than it takes to watch a movie, you could be eating some healthy and delicious crunchy kale chips packed with spicy chili flavor. This recipe will be the star of the show!
Makes 6 servings

Ingredients
4 cups stemless curly kale leaves, torn and packed lightly
2 Tbsp. olive oil
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. chili powder

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 300 F. Prepare two large baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.
2. Arrange kale leaves on sheets in one layer. Ensure leaves do not touch each other. Brush leaves with olive oil. Sprinkle with chili powder and salt.
3. Place in the oven and bake until crisp (approximately 20 minutes). Remove and let cool for about 30 minutes prior to serving.
